Key Responsibilities:
• Manage enterprise-wide innovation and Kaizen programs
• Balance day-to-day operations with key transformation initiatives
• Establish governance for innovation and mobility projects
• Collaborate with global Toyota affiliates for alignment
• Coach and develop the Business Innovation team
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
• 7+ years leading operational improvement initiatives
• Deep understanding of Lean methodologies
• Robust facilitation and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse work environments
