Elevate patient care as an Emergency Services Clinical Leader with Shared Health in Arborg. This pivotal in-person role blends advanced clinical oversight and team mentorship within a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will lead initiatives designed to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare services while addressing operational directives and ensuring patient safety. The Clinical Service Leader fosters collaboration with healthcare providers, enhancing patient care across diverse populations, including Indigenous communities. Your leadership will ensure effective system monitoring and excellent service management across 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement clinical leadership in pre-hospital care
• Guide and educate paramedic colleagues and new staff




• Collaborate with allied agencies for integrated service
• Evaluate and ensure operational directives are met
• Manage specialized incident response efforts

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical healthcare role
• Advanced Care Paramedic certification required
• Good standing with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
• Valid Class 4 Manitoba driver’s license required
• Certification in BLS and ACLS preferred
