The University of Ottawa seeks an instructor for the Auditing Theory course, ADM3349B, starting Fall 2026. This in-person role focuses on fundamental auditing concepts and skills.
As the course instructor, you will facilitate learning in Auditing Theory, covering crucial topics such as audit objectives, evidence, and reporting standards. Your Wednesday sessions will include instructional design and performance evaluation to ensure student learning outcomes align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly in-person lectures on auditing concepts
• Create practical instructional materials for students
• Evaluate and assess student assignments and performance
• Maintain classroom professionalism and uphold academic integrity

Requirements:
• MBA or Master’s degree in auditing theory, with a Ph.D. preferred

• Required skilled accounting certification (CA, CGA, CMA)
