Key Responsibilities:
• Approve electrical engineering policies and internal standards
• Assess and document risks within submarine systems

• Authorize and evaluate test assessments
• Maintain communication with Project Managers for dynamic deliveries

Requirements:
• Licensed Skilled Engineer in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Experience with submarine systems preferred
• Proven ability in technical team mentorship
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
