Candidates without specialized education in Nephrology are encouraged to apply and indicate their aspiration to pursue this specialty. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed nursing assessments of patients
• Develop and modify care plans collaboratively
• Coordinate and prioritize nursing care for patients
• Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Active registration with BCCNM
• At least two years of recent nursing experience
• Completion of relevant post-graduate coursework
• Proven clinical skills in hemodialysis
