Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design team tasks and staff performance metrics
• Engage with team members for progress reviews and action plans




• Conduct workload forecasting and project progress analysis
• Train design staff to maintain operational consistency
• Ensure quality control is practiced across all design processes

Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant design experience in HVAC and plumbing
• 5-10 years of experience in mechanical inspections
• Knowledge of the BC Building Code and By-law
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• LEED Accreditation is an asset
