EBC is hiring an experienced Survey Lead to manage tunneling operations on high-profile infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure accuracy and integration in survey practices.

This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in survey execution and leadership, particularly within urban environments. You will lead all survey planning and execution for the Stanley Park project, focusing on high-precision engineering-grade operations and team management. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and coordination of all survey activities
• Provide mentorship and oversight to survey personnel
• Ensure compliance with QA systems and documentation




• Manage advanced survey methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project goals

Requirements:
• Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or equivalent
• 15+ years in surveying, including substantial civil construction experience
• Proven leadership in managing survey teams
• Robust technical proficiency with survey equipment and software
• Valid driver’s license; relevant certifications preferred
