In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Faculty of Medicine at UBC and the School of Medicine at SFU. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing postgraduate education and aligning it with Fraser Health’s strategic objectives. You will evaluate training program effectiveness and advocate for the allocation of senior residents to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of postgraduate medical education
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Cultivate partnerships with medical schools
• Identify and implement program improvements
• Liaise with various committees on medical education

Requirements:
• Licensed physician in British Columbia
• Significant experience in medical education leadership
• Familiarity with accreditation processes
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Solid leadership and team collaboration abilities
