Reporting to the Human Resources Superintendent, you will lead day-to-day HR service delivery, providing expert guidance on employee policies and conflict resolution. Your influence will extend to performance management and driving positive workforce culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate employee relations activities
• Provide coaching to leaders on performance management
• Oversee attendance management and complex issues
• Promote consistent performance management across teams
• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• Preferred mining sector experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with FIFO environments is an asset
