Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance trades for high-quality operations
• Manage compliance of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Coordinate building improvements and renovations




• Participate in budget planning and oversight
• Lead on-call supervisor activities and contractor oversight

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a related maintenance field
• 5 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of facility management trends
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience with CMMS such as FAMIS 360
