Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders to define people strategies
• Identify opportunities for workforce trend initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree; preferred in Business or HR
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
• CHRP certification is a plus
