Join The City as an Experienced Infrastructure Strategist, responsible for Development Agreements and evaluating land use applications. Collaborate to ensure comprehensive land development across various sectors.
This pivotal role will have you working within the Development Engineering division, analyzing Development/Indemnification Agreements and managing intricate details of land development projects. You will draw upon your robust experience to provide insights, ensure compliance, and drive project success, making a significant impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic land development expertise to stakeholders
• Review and analyze agreements and development requests
• Oversee permit issuance and financial recovery processes
• Advise on construction and financial obligations
• Process invoices and evaluate developers’ obligations
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering diploma or degree with 3-5 years’ experience
• PMP or CET designation advantageous
• Experience in contract administration is a plus
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu or ArcGIS tools
• Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking skills
