In this agile position, you will be responsible for supporting both Veritree and tentree’s IT infrastructure and operations. Your expertise will help optimize their MDM solutions, enhance security protocols, and elevate end-user experiences. You’ll also lead automation initiatives using AI tools to simplify complex IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver responsive end-user support across multiple platforms
• Oversee core IT infrastructure services including DNS and networking
• Manage device licensing and procurement efficiency




• Develop documentation and runbooks for IT scalability
• Implement security protocols, including MFA and access reviews

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years in IT operations and systems administration
• Hands-on MDM management experience with Apple and Windows
• Solid understanding of Google Workspace administration
• Demonstrated analytical skills in IT problem-solving
