As Vice President, National Partnerships and Development, you will report directly to the CEO at Children’s Healthcare Canada. Your mission involves enhancing the organization’s financial sustainability by securing vital funding sources. You will lead strategic initiatives while nurturing relationships that elevate the organization’s impact on children's health services nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement partnership strategies for revenue
• Collaborate with CEO on strategic growth planning
• Manage corporate sponsorships and grants effectively




• Track and report on growth metrics to the Board
• Represent the organization at key external meetings

Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership in similar roles
• Experience in non-profit partnerships creation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strategic analysis capabilities and adaptability
• Familiarity with healthcare networks and technology tools
