Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of employee and labour relations
• Manage complex grievance and arbitration cases

Requirements:
• Law degree (Juris Doctor or LL.B.) mandatory
• 6–10 years in labour relations in health care
• Deep knowledge in occupational health and safety regulations
• Proven analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Experience in multi-union and public sectors preferred
