You’ll be a lead technician with a minimum of five years of experience in HVAC, advising customers on repairs and promoting Enercare’s services. This role demands effective communication and the ability to work efficiently in varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high levels of customer service excellence
• Conduct diagnostic and repair work efficiently
• Advise on repairs or replacements of home systems
• Promote Enercare Home Services products to customers
• Keep vehicle stocked and maintain cleanliness
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Gas Fitter 1 or 2 license
• 313D Air Conditioning license is mandatory
• CFC Permit for ozone maintenance required
• Minimum of 5 years HVAC field experience necessary
• Solid interpersonal and mechanical skills needed
