Key Responsibilities:
• Create website strategies aligned with customer experience
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and IT teams
• Analyze industry benchmarks to enhance user engagement
• Oversee implementation of personalization strategies
• Drive integration of current technologies, including Generative AI

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Deep understanding of web analytics and CMS platforms
• Excellent skills in strategic planning and collaboration
• Knowledge of accessibility standards is a plus
