In this role, you will be integral to Timescapes' talent strategy, leading recruitment efforts across Current Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the U.S. Your 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS environments will enable you to build lasting relationships, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates. Collaborating closely with the Director of People Experience, you will influence hiring approaches to align with market feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in multiple markets
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates




• Define and drive employer brand initiatives
• Gather market insights on compensation and candidate trends
• Act as a key PX resource across Vancouver, Toronto, and Dallas

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition in tech
• Strong trust-building skills with executives
• Experience recruiting internationally
• Proficient in AI sourcing techniques
