In this role, you will engage with suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective sourcing strategies are implemented. Coordination will include working with Supplier Quality Engineers and defining metrics that ensure high standards for supplier performance. Your leadership will help eliminate sole sourcing and improve efficiency in sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional reviews and prepare Sourcing Review templates
• Collaborate with engineers for supplier engagement




• Lead initiatives to improve supplier deliverables
• Align sourcing strategy with commodity leaders
• Oversee management of purchasing contracts

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Engineering or Business
• Minimum 5 years in Sourcing/Procurement Management
• Knowledge of Grid Automation products
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Robust computer and negotiation skills
