In this leadership position, you will report directly to the CEO and drive all aspects of major gifts and legacy giving. Your responsibility will include managing a diverse portfolio of 100-125 donors while collaborating with your team to ensure campaign success. The ability to build relationships and design fundraising strategies is critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and lead major gifts fundraising campaigns
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key donors
• Develop comprehensive campaign plans and targets
• Produce cultivation and stewardship materials
• Oversee team performance and budget management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in fundraising
• 7-10 years in leadership roles
• Experience in health care fundraising preferred
• Certification from CFRE is an asset
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
