You’ll be: Managing members with real continuity - building long-term plans, not just chasing symptoms.
Providing ongoing care for acute issues as they arise.
Working alongside our physicians, nurses, dietitian, and fitness coach as one integrated team.
You are: Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (Extended Class)
