Qualifications
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in high-volume recruitment environments is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/ATS systems is preferred.
