Join Messer as a Senior Manager of IT Business Services, driving efficiencies in technology delivery across local business units. Lead a skilled team while championing project management and IT service excellence.

In this role, you will report to the CIO Americas and act as the liaison between IT services and business needs. Directly manage a team of 10-15 FTEs while preparing and executing Opex and Capex budgets. Your focus will be on prioritizing IT projects that align with regional standards and ensuring effective communication regarding IT services and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships between IT and local departments
• Lead a skilled team across various technology disciplines
• Develop and manage local IT budgets




• Prioritize and manage IT project execution
• Define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of IT leadership experience
• Experience in complex ERP implementations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field
• Deep technical knowledge in IT systems and security
• Solid team leadership and problem-solving capabilities
