Successful candidates will provide support in teaching practical aspects of forensic science, having either a Master's degree or a Bachelor's with extensive forensic lab experience. You will oversee laboratory sessions focused on essential forensic techniques, thus shaping the students' understanding and application of molecular biology principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct students on laboratory practices and techniques
• Prepare and organize materials for practical demonstrations
• Assist students in mastering forensic procedures and analyses
• Optimize protocols for DNA analysis and extraction
• Manage and perform PCR and genotyping tasks efficiently
Requirements:
• Master's in Biology or related discipline preferred
• 5+ years of forensic biology lab experience essential
• Familiarity with forensic methodologies and practices required
• Proven ability to teach and engage effectively
• Experience as an expert witness in court is a plus
