Key Responsibilities:
• Lead final interviews and talent sourcing functions
• Create training plans in coordination with store leadership
• Manage payroll and weekly scheduling of staff
• Provide timely performance feedback to team members
• Maintain store operations and inventory accuracy

Requirements:
• Experience in beauty, retail, or customer service management
• Strong ability to assess and develop in-store talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Windows, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
