As the Memory Living Manager, you will play a vital role in directing the Memory Living Neighbourhood alongside the Health & Wellness Manager. This role is centered around enhancing resident and family relationships, ensuring quality interactions, and leading a supportive team to meet the needs of residents through cutting-edge care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Memory Living team to provide quality services
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
• Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans




• Design and facilitate daily activities that promote engagement
• Ensure all staff complete necessary training and compliance

Requirements:
• Two years of experience working in dementia care
• Previous management role is an asset
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification
• Experience with behavioral education certifications is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
