Key Responsibilities:
• Offer clinical care for military members in Canada
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and manage medications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
• Advise medical leadership on mental health issues
• Develop and apply mental health policies within the CAF
Requirements:
• Membership in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
• Unrestricted license to practice in Psychiatry in Canada
• Military training and leadership skills
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to participate in military operations
