You will assess machine health, offer recommendations, and engage in troubleshooting efforts to keep downtime minimal. Additionally, you'll be responsible for fostering relationships with key stakeholders to identify future customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make recommendations from technical audits for machine maintenance
• Troubleshoot swiftly to resolve equipment downtime
• Schedule and conduct customer visits and provide technical reports




• Collaborate with the Parts Department for parts procurement
• Ensure consistent communication with support teams

Requirements:
• Electrical Engineer or Electrician with substantial field experience
• Proven track record in customer service within mining
• Familiarity with Electric Rope Shovels and Drill technology
• Proficiency in Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC and Motor Drives
• Solid mechanical and electrical skills; Caterpillar knowledge a plus
