Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage technical training initiatives for new hires
• Certify AEs in demo processes and discovery readiness
• Systematize technical onboarding for measurable outcomes
• Provide live coaching and corrective feedback sessions
• Maintain real-time updates to curriculum after product launches
Requirements:
• 3–6 years in a Technical or Pre-Sales engineering role
• Direct mechanical engineering or enablement experience
• Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems
• Solid facilitation and communication abilities
• Background in building technical enablement frameworks
