Key Responsibilities:
• Manage strategies, policies, and programs for climate adaptation

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience or equivalent
• 5+ years in relevant strategy or policy development
• Demonstrable project management and analytical skills
• 3+ years supervising teams in various sectors
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
