As a Quality Assurance Lead at Amico, you will be instrumental in coordinating quality control activities related to rail installations. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor Quality Control Coordinators for enhanced execution
• Coordinate and document track inspections and results
• Monitor adherence to Inspection and Test Plans
• Collaborate with subcontractors on quality compliance
• Maintain thorough records of quality control activities
Requirements:
• Accredited engineering degree or construction management
• 5-10 years of relevant construction experience
• Understanding of rail industry standards and codes
• Strong leadership with effective stakeholder communication
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar systems
