As Senior HSE Coordinator, you will guide the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives consistent with NexGen's standards. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Leadership, mentorship, and coaching within the HSE team will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the continuous improvement of HSE systems
• Collaborate with the site Emergency Response Team on drills
• Embed risk control strategies into operational plans




• Conduct internal audits and manage performance metrics
• Drive incident investigations and corrective action development

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• 8-10+ years’ HSE experience in industrial settings
• Solid grasp of HSE regulations and compliance procedures
• Competency with HSE reporting software tools
• CRSP/CHSC certification preferred
