Be a vital part of Agnico Eagle's Detour Lake Mine as a Lead Industrial Hygienist. Your work will ensure the health and safety of our mining operations while promoting sustainable practices.

Reporting to the Health & Safety Supervisor, this role is crucial in leading the Industrial Hygiene Program. You will proactively assess and manage occupational health hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations. Your leadership will enhance workplace safety while aiding team development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Industrial Hygiene Program
• Conduct comprehensive exposure assessments for hazards
• Analyze sampling data to recommend risk mitigations
• Provide expert guidance to site leadership
• Maintain industrial hygiene equipment and prepare reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related
• Minimum 5 years of industrial hygiene experience
• Experience in remote mining preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Certifications (CIH, ROH, CRSP) preferred
