In this role, you will report to the Civil/Mechanical Engineering Manager, playing a crucial part in planning and executing major civil projects. You will oversee rehabilitation projects, support operations teams during interventions, and conduct technical inspections to ensure asset integrity. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee civil rehabilitation projects from start to finish
• Support operations teams with root cause analysis and sustainable actions




• Conduct technical inspections of civil assets including dams and structures
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout projects
• Mentor the Civil Operations team and contribute to maintenance standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Construction Engineering; OIQ membership
• 8 years relevant experience in civil and structural projects
• Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
• Robust project management and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel frequently across Canada and the U.S.
