The Program Lead role emphasizes crafting impactful and culturally secure programs that resonate with Anishnaabe ways of life. You will collaborate with internal and community stakeholders, aligning activities with strategic goals until March 2027. Make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants facing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver programs based on seasonal land-based practices
• Foster an inclusive, trauma-sensitive environment
• Identify risks to ensure participant safety
• Continuously enhance programming through feedback
• Collaborate with departments to amplify participation
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in Social Work or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ experience in program delivery
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Proficiency in Anishnaabe land-based skills
• Willingness to secure necessary certifications
