Join CLHIA as a Health Claims Investigative Administrator and leverage your interpersonal skills to enhance program operations. This hybrid role requires explicit communication with diverse stakeholders.
Located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal, you will work closely with the Director, Anti-Fraud Programs. With a focus on organization and attention to detail, you’ll support the joint investigation program by maintaining records and coordinating important documentation. A degree and experience in fraud investigation are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage documentation and follow-up for investigations
• Prepare reports and meeting materials for dissemination
• Address inquiries professionally and accurately
• Maintain and update the program's datastore efficiently
• Conduct data entry and process analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience
• Familiarity with the life and health insurance industry
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and database tools
• Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
