Join a team supporting communications and engagement initiatives within the oil & gas sector. This role focuses on program-level communications, senior leadership messaging, engagement planning, and cross‑functional coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The position also supports bilingual communication delivery in English and Spanish, including adaptation of communications and training materials.

Must Haves

10+ years in communications and engagement within multi-national organizations

Program-level communications and corporate governance support

Bilingual English and Spanish communication including written and verbal communications

SAP ERP project communications strategy, engagement planning, and communication materials development

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field

Nice to Have

Communications support for senior leadership presentations and reports

Partnership experience with change specialists and cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

Create the strategic approach to communications and engagement for the SAP Project

Develop and execute communication strategies supporting program objectives

Build and manage the 90-day rolling communications and engagement plan

Create, edit, and distribute communication materials including program updates

Draft and refine senior leadership messaging, presentations, and reports

Coordinate communication efforts between internal teams, external partners, and board members

Translate and adapt communications and training materials between English and Spanish
