Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall division performance and profitability
• Lead and mentor a team of technical staff




• Implement strategic goals and operating plans
• Develop and optimize contracting strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective project delivery

Requirements:
• 10+ years in project management and construction roles
• Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience mentoring substantial teams
• Eligible for Skilled Engineer license in Ontario
