Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lessons in core curriculum areas
• Create a warm, organized classroom environment
• Document and assess students' academic progress




• Maintain communication with parents during conferences
• Engage in faculty meetings and communal school events

Requirements:
• BC Teaching Certificate with at least 3 years' teaching experience
• Willingness to pursue Waldorf Teacher Training
• Previous experience in lower grades preferred
• Fluency in English with solid organizational skills
• Commitment to school community involvement
