Empower Indigenous individuals through education as an Adult Basic Education Instructor with Trade Winds to Success. This position focuses on math and science instruction to prepare students for careers in trades.

This role involves facilitating Outreach programs across Alberta, delivering grade 9-10 math and science lessons alongside life skills workshops aimed at workforce readiness. As an Instructor, you will nurture an inclusive setting where students thrive. Your efforts will directly impact their journey towards successful trades careers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate grade 9-10 math and science classes
• Deliver workshops on career skills and job strategies
• Offer tutoring support to enhance student learning
• Prepare lesson materials and attend weekly meetings
• Record attendance and student progress data

Requirements:
• 2-3 years working with Indigenous groups
• Experience in teaching junior high-level math or science
• Degree or diploma in Education preferred
• Reliable vehicle for community travel
