Key Responsibilities:
• Build a pipeline of Associate Dentist candidates
• Engage high-quality clinicians through networking
• Conduct introductory conversations with prospects
• Partner with People & Culture on the recruitment process
• Support recruitment for current clinic openings
Requirements:
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed or previously licensed dentist
• Solid network within Ontario's dental community
• Passion for mentoring and relationship building
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
