As the Associate Director, you’ll take charge of the delivery of member education initiatives, serving as the main liaison for all member engagement activities. You’ll collaborate with departments to align messaging and ensure that pension education is both informative and enjoyable for members. Your ability to cultivate relationships and enhance educational experiences will be crucial in achieving organizational goals while adapting programs based on participant feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development and delivery of educational programs
• Facilitate webinars, presentations, and workshops




• Tailor communications to meet diverse audience needs
• Collaborate with various internal business partners
• Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate is a plus
• 8-10 years in defined benefit pension environments
• Expertise in pension plan provisions and administration
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
• Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively
