This key role is centered in Sila’s Capital Projects team, focusing on the development of next-gen battery material manufacturing. You will oversee the full lifecycle of design elements, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising engineering projects and collaborating closely with various teams to transform cutting-edge technologies into functional processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage process engineering inquiries related to designs
• Execute projects to address design challenges effectively




• Generate documentation like HMBs and P&IDs; for projects
• Develop safety systems and conduct HAZOP studies
• Observe and report on commissioning and asset operation gaps

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields
• Over 6 years of experience in process design and commissioning
• Expertise in process modeling software like ASPEN
• Solid compliance knowledge with safety regulations
• Willingness to support design reviews on-site
