In this senior management position, you will lead initiatives for the engagement and retention of law students and associates across Canada. Partnering with the Disputes Department, your responsibilities include implementing mentorship programs and overseeing career development strategies. Exceptional leadership and collaborative skills will be essential in achieving results and enhancing the firm’s culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts and relationships for lawyers
• Administer associate performance evaluations and compensation processes




• Manage integration of law student programs and internships
• Coordinate training and developmental programs for associates
• Liaise with key stakeholders on talent needs and strategic alignment

Requirements:
• JD or equivalent Bachelor's degree in law
• At least five years of law firm experience
• Expertise in legal talent management and recruitment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
