Key Responsibilities:
• Create learning strategies to support organizational goals
• Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders on solutions
• Assess and recommend delivery methods for training
• Design and deliver innovative learning programs
• Facilitate engaging training sessions nationwide

Requirements:
• At least 7 years in Learning & Development
• Proficient in Articulate 360 suite
• Strong presentation and training facilitation skills
• Expertise in adult learning principles
• Bilingual candidates (French and English) are preferred
