Key Responsibilities:
• Manage job assignments and scheduling for install crews
• Confirm materials are ordered and available on-site
• Act as the on-site leader for troubleshooting and support
• Monitor quality metrics and project completion rates
• Travel to various job sites in Western Ontario
Requirements:
• Experience in managing installation crews or construction trades
• Passion for hands-on work at job sites
• Solid organization skills and valid driver’s license
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Must be willing to travel in Western Ontario
