Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance and Treasury, you will independently manage the full financing process, from lender outreach through to funding. This role demands strong analytical skills, effective negotiation tactics, and the ability to develop partnerships with lending institutions. You'll support multiple teams with timely financial inputs for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee debt financing for income-producing and development properties
• Prepare financing packages and lender reports




• Manage timelines and lender outreach efforts
• Coordinate with legal teams on loan processes
• Foster strong relationships with financial partners

Requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant finance experience
• Familiar with real estate valuation and underwriting principles
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication abilities for diverse audiences
