Step into a vital position as the Infection Prevention & Control Program Leader with MICs, covering Bingham Memorial, Anson General, and Lady Minto Hospitals. This temporary full-time role demands exceptional expertise in managing infection control programs.

In this leadership role, you will guide infection prevention strategies across multiple facilities while reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Your responsibilities will include surveillance, outbreak response, and ensuring adherence to crucial health guidelines and policies. Collaboration with Public Health and support of long-term care IPAC requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage infection prevention strategies
• Oversee outbreak identification and response activities




• Conduct audits for the Medical Device Reprocessing program
• Lead employee health initiatives related to immunizations
• Support internal committees and education functions

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of registered nursing experience
• 3 years in a managerial capacity preferred
• Knowledge of infection control and related guidelines
• Competency with Microsoft Office tools
• Explicit criminal record check necessary
