Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a skilled team of Associates and Senior Consultants
• Develop and implement strategic capability delivery plans




• Gather documentation for future-state requirements
• Support re-engineering to translate strategies into action
• Ensure alignment with various functions including UX and Supply Chain

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in capability development
• High proficiency in MS Office and JIRA/Trello
• Solid team management and project lifecycle expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
