As a Field Service Technician, you will be tasked with ensuring all equipment is maintained and operational at customer sites. Additionally, you will promote products and services, providing exceptional customer support while resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory weighing equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installations
• Meet customer uptime requirements for service
• Promote and submit sales leads for services
• Maintain vehicle and parts inventory in an organized manner

Requirements:
• Two-year college diploma in relevant technical field
• Hands-on experience in technical roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Capability to lift test weights up to 20 Kg
• Valid Driver's Abstract and willingness to travel
